This article describes the use of hydrogen scavenging method to determine the absolute value of local tissue blood flow of the instrument to explore the basic theoretical basis and application methods described the instrument structure, composition and characteristics. Several animal experiments have proved the accuracy and reliability of this instrument. And has been normal use in the laboratory.
