目的:探讨系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群、B淋巴细胞表达、淋巴细胞(L)VCS参数的变化及临床意义。方法:利用流式分析仪及血球分析仪的白细胞体积(V)、高频传导(C)、激光散射(S)的技术,测定91例SLE患者(不同活动期)和20例健康人外周血CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+、CD19+、淋巴细胞(L)的体积(LV)、电导率(LC)、光散射性(LS)及其平均分布宽度(SD)。结果:SLE不同疾病活动期CD8+、CD19+、LV、LV-SD、LC-SD、LS、LS-SD与健康对照组比较明显升高,而CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+、LC明显下降,以重度活动组的CD4+、CD4+/CD8+、CD19+、LV-SD、LC-SD、LS变化最为显著(P<0.05)。结论:测定外周血T、B淋巴细胞表达及淋巴细胞VCS参数的检测为临床上对SLE判断病情和指导临床治疗、监测有重要意义。
Objective: To investigate the changes of peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets, B lymphocytes and lymphocyte (L) VCS in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and its clinical significance. Methods: Totally 91 peripheral blood samples of patients with SLE (active stage) and 20 healthy controls were measured by flow cytometry (FCM), leukocyte volume (V), high frequency transmission (C) and laser scattering (S) (LV), electrical conductivity (LC), light scattering (LS) and mean distribution width (SD) of CD3 +, CD4 +, CD8 +, CD4 + / CD8 +, CD19 + and lymphocytes (L) Results: The activities of CD8 +, CD19 +, LV, LV-SD, LS-LS, LS-SD in different diseases of SLE were significantly higher than those in healthy controls, while the levels of CD3 +, CD4 +, CD4 + / CD8 + The changes of CD4 +, CD4 + / CD8 +, CD19 +, LV-SD, LC-SD and LS of the active group were the most significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The determination of T, B lymphocytes in peripheral blood and the detection of VCS parameters of lymphocytes are clinically important in judging the condition and guiding the clinical treatment and monitoring of SLE.
