目的探讨应用综合护理干预对冠心病患者生活质量的影响。方法选取2014年1月至2016年1月收治的冠心病患者100例,依据护理干预措施不同将其分为常规护理组和综合护理组,每组50例。对两组患者护理前后自我效能和社会支持评分情况进行分析。结果综合护理组患者护理后自我效能和社会支持评分明显优于常规护理组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对冠心病患者应用综合护理干预可显著提高患者生活质量,值得在临床中推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on quality of life in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods One hundred patients with coronary heart disease who were admitted from January 2014 to January 2016 were selected and divided into routine care group and comprehensive care group according to different nursing interventions, 50 cases in each group. Pre-and post-care self-efficacy and social support score analysis of two groups of patients. Results After nursing, the self-efficacy and social support scores of patients in comprehensive care group were significantly better than those in routine care group (all P <0.05). Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with coronary heart disease can significantly improve the quality of life of patients, it is worth in the clinical application.
