在设计零件的结构时,对其加工工艺性考虑不周,往往会增加它的加工成本,这在批量生产中尤为明显。在生产中有些零件只要在设计上作出某些修改,就可提高工效,降低生产成本,同时又不会影响零件的使用性能。因此,在零件设计时,通常要作如下考虑,即机床的限制条件,刀具的足够空间,切屑的排除,以及尽可能使工序数减少。现通过若干举例说明零件的两种不同设计对加工成本的影响,见附图。图上的序号说明如下: (1)左边的零件必须从两端加工,需两道工序。
