为培养合格的小学教师,巴中师范学校重视对在校生进行少先队工作的业务训练,使他们毕业后能胜任少先队辅导员的工作。主要的作法是: 一、成立少先队工作研究小组。在学校党总支领导下,吸收团委成员、各科教研组长、巴师附小少先队辅导员、团县委少先队总辅导员参加。研究小组负责制订培训计划,编写少先队工作课教材,同时定期研究培训工作的特点,摸索规律。二、开设少先队工作课程。参考教育理论课和《少先队工作条例》、《队章讲话》等资料编写教材。先后聘请了巴师附小校长施继龙同志和省优秀辅导员何兴忠同志任教。三、在师范校试行少先队建制。将学校12个班的学生编为13个中队,全校建立一个大队部。实行团、队两种建制一套人马,把团的活动与少先队活动有机地结合起来。学校将团委开展的传统春游活动,改为少先队
