现代的播音主持已不同于最早年的单纯的广播,随着广播电视节目内容和形式的日益出新,现场直播、嘉宾参与、观(听)众参与等活跃因素越来越多。因此,对主持人自身素质的要求也越来越高。这种素质,有自身多年文化经验的积累、对人生的感悟、对社会生活的洞察与思考等。但同样也需要很多经过后天有意识的锻炼才能培养成的素质。作为主持人,不能只具有得体端庄的外表、浑厚圆润的嗓音,还要具备敏锐的观察与洞察能力;感受与感悟能力;策划、构思与组织能力;交谈、交流与适应能力;调控、应变与驾驭能力;想象与创造能力;当众表达、判断理解与思辨能力等。也就是说,作为主持人,只有具备了以上在表演课中解决的各种素质能力,才能够适应当今飞速发展的传播媒介的需要,不论从事任何类型的主持,都能够如鱼得水、游刃有余。

In other words, as a moderator, only with the various qualities and abilities that can be solved in the performance class as mentioned above can they meet the needs of today’s rapidly-growing media. No matter what type of moderator they are, they are capable of living well.
