1虚拟水概念与发展虚拟水(virtual water)是国外20世纪90年代提出的新概念,是指农业或工业产品生产所消耗的水资源;也有学者提出虚拟水是指生产商品和服务所需要的水资源,虚拟水还应包括土壤水等概念。与我们常说的传统与非传统水资源相比,虚拟水并不是真实意义上的水,而是以“虚拟”的形式包含在产品或服务中的“看不见”的水。因此,也有人称之为“嵌入水资源”、“外生水资源”或“边缘水资源”。
1 The concept and development of virtual water Virtual water is a new concept proposed by foreign countries in the 1990s and refers to the water resources consumed in the production of agricultural or industrial products.
