1.病例介绍 患儿女4岁,右股骨前软组织肿块17个月无肿胀及痛疼,查体,体温35.4℃,脉博144次/分。呼吸30次/分,体型无畸形,生理反射存在,病理反射未引出。实验室检查:白细胞10.6×10℃,嗜中性0.67、淋巴0.21、嗜酸性0.01、嗜碱性0.01、临床初步诊断右股骨前软组织肿块,性质原因待查。X线检查:两肺广泛分布大小不等的结节状阴影,直径为1cm×1cm及0.5×0.5cm大小,边缘清晰锐利,右股骨中段骨质稀疏破坏呈虫样改变,未见明显的骨膜反应,局部软组织可见9×10cm大小软组织恶性肿瘤样,伴肺部及
1. Case introduction The children were 4 years old and the right femoral anterior soft tissue mass had no swelling and pain for 17 months. The examination showed a body temperature of 35.4°C and a pulse rate of 144 beats per minute. Breathing 30 times/min, no deformity, physiological reflexes, no pathological reflexes. Laboratory examination: Leukocytes 10.6 × 10 °C, neutrophil 0.67, lymphoid 0.21, eosinophilic 0.01, basophilic 0.01, clinical preliminary diagnosis of the right femoral pre-soft tissue mass, the nature of the cause to be investigated. X-ray examination: nodular shadows of various sizes were widely distributed in both lungs. The diameters were 1cm × 1cm and 0.5 × 0.5cm. The edges were sharp and sharp.
