目的探索不同训练模式对跑步经济性的影响。研究方法选取西安科技大学田径队14名长跑运动员作为研究对象,14名研究对象均为男性,平均年龄在22.1±1.3岁,研究时间为10周,将这14名研究对象随机分为两组,每组各7名,分别使用分期力量训练模式与非分期力量训练模式,来对比不同训练模式对跑步经济性的影响。研究结果分期力量训练模式比非分期力量训练模式的跑步经济效益更加的显著。分期力量训练模式中影响程度上表现出60%VO 2 max的跑步经济性影响程度更高,与之对应的4500M专项成绩的提高也十分的明显。其次70%VO2 max的跑步经济性影响程度,最后为80%VO 2 max的跑步经济性影响程度最小。讨论不同训练模式对跑步经济性的影响不同,本文中的分期力量训练对于长跑运动员的经济性具有十分显著的正面影响,推荐在长跑运动中使用科学合理的训练模式,来提高跑步的经济性。
Objective To explore the impact of different training modes on running economy. Methods The 14 long-distance runners from the track and field team of Xi’an University of Science and Technology were selected as research subjects. All 14 subjects were male, with an average age of 22.1 ± 1.3 years and a study duration of 10 weeks. These 14 subjects were randomly divided into two groups, Each group of seven, respectively, using staging power training mode and non-staging power training mode, to compare the different training modes on the running economy. The research results staging strength training mode than non-staging strength training mode of running economic benefits more significant. Stamina strength training mode shows 60% VO 2 max impact on the extent of the impact of running economy higher, corresponding to the 4500M special grade improvement is also very obvious. Followed by 70% VO2 max run economy impact degree, and finally 80% VO 2 max run economy the least. Discussion of different training modes on running economy is different, the staging power training in this article has a very significant positive impact on the economy of long-distance runners, recommended long-distance running in the use of scientific and reasonable training mode, to improve running economy.
