破伤风是外伤后造成厌氧性破伤风芽胞杆菌的感染,由其产生的破伤风神经毒素引起的疾病。其主要症状是由于运动系统功能亢进造成的骨骼肌的痉挛性收缩。该疾的死亡率高达50—70％。作为主要症状的全身肌肉痉挛即使能缓减,也会因自律神经系统的活动异常不能控制而导致死亡。
Tetanus is an infection caused by anaerobic Clostridium tetani after trauma and is caused by the tetanus neurotoxin that causes it. The main symptom is due to hyperactivity of the motor system caused by spasmodic contraction of skeletal muscle. The disease’s mortality rate as high as 50-70%. As the main symptom of global muscle spasm even if can be reduced, but also due to abnormalities in the autonomic nervous system activity can not control the death.
