目的检查模拟失重对大鼠比目鱼肌肌梭钙结合蛋白D 2 8K样免疫反应阳性物质 (CaBP LI)的影响 ,探讨模拟失重所致肌梭损伤的发生机制。方法采用免疫过氧化酶反应ABC法观察尾吊 7d、1 4d与对照组大鼠比目鱼肌梭内肌纤维CaBP LI的差别。结果梭外肌纤维和神经纤维不显示CaBP免疫反应性。每个肌梭都有某些梭内肌纤维上发现CaBP LI。悬吊 1 4d后 ,梭内肌纤维的CaBP免疫反应性明显降低。结论模拟失重可致大鼠比目鱼肌肌梭的CaBP免疫反应性发生改变 ,可能与肌梭的退行性改变有关。
Objective To investigate the effect of simulated weightlessness on calcium binding protein D 2 8K-like immunoreactive substance (CaBP LI) in rat soleus muscle and to investigate the mechanism of simulated muscle-spindle injury induced by weightlessness. Methods Immuno-peroxidase (ABC) method was used to observe the difference of CaBP LI in the soleus muscle of the soleus muscle between the tail cortex and the control group at 7d, 14d. Results Extrasolar muscle fibers and nerve fibers did not show CaBP immunoreactivity. Each muscle shuttle has some intra-parietal muscle fibers found CaBP LI. After suspended for 14 days, the intramedullary muscle fibers significantly reduced the CaBP immunoreactivity. Conclusion Simulated weightlessness can change the CaBP immunoreactivity of muscle strips of soleus muscle, which may be related to the degenerative changes of muscle spindle.
