我厂生产的轴承设备中有一种关键件,其外形和精度要求见图1。由于该件精度要求高,用常规芯轴始终难以达到图纸规定的精度要求。为此,我设计了一种尼龙锥度胀力芯轴见图2,经过批量加工生产证明,效果良好。精磨后,零件外圆的圆度始终控制在0.001~0.002mm之间,而且质量稳定,零件的合格品率由原来的30%~60%提高到96%~100%,工效也提高了三倍多。该芯轴的主要特点是:胀力较大,制作简单,操作方便,且加工出的零件精度较高。
