本文用连续切片免疫组化法检测了肝细胞癌及癌旁组织p21和c-myc蛋白的表达。p21和c-myc蛋白在肝癌及癌旁组织的阳性率分别为53.3%和96.7%;40%和86.7%;两者表达率均以癌旁组织为高(P<0.01)。p21和c-myc蛋白阳性信号形态呈浆膜和/或核型;其表达均以近癌组织的癌旁肝细胞为强,肝硬变结节尤甚。本文结果进一步支持ras和c-myc癌基因异常激活和表达与肝细胞癌发生具相关性的观点。
In this paper, the expression of p21 and c-myc protein in hepatocellular carcinoma and paracancerous tissues was detected by serial section immunohistochemistry. The positive rates of p21 and c-myc proteins in hepatocellular carcinoma and paracancerous tissues were 53.3% and 96.7%, 40% and 86.7%, respectively; the expression rates of both were higher in adjacent tissues (P<0). .01). The positive signal patterns of p21 and c-myc proteins were serosal and/or karyotype; their expression was stronger in paracancerous liver cells in near-cancer tissues, especially in cirrhotic nodules. The results of this study further support the view that the abnormal activation and expression of ras and c-myc oncogenes correlate with the development of hepatocellular carcinoma.
