一、前言在区域供热系统中,循环水泵电耗占热网运行费用的比例很大。特别是我国东北地区,采暖期较长,则循环水泵运行电耗更多。若能减少循环水泵的电耗,降低运行成本,将有益于集中供热事业的发展。笔者于一九八九年一月,在辽宁省“营口东部集中供热工程”的设计中,结合其供热特点,对Ⅰ级网主循环泵采用调速型液力偶合器调速装置,并已安装投入使用,现就设计中涉及的问题探讨如下。
I. INTRODUCTION In the district heating system, the proportion of circulating water pump power consumption that occupies the heat network operating cost is very large. In particular, in the northeast region of China, the heating period is longer, and the circulating pump operation consumes more power. If we can reduce the power consumption of circulating water pumps and reduce operating costs, it will be beneficial to the development of centralized heating business. In January 1989, the author used the speed-regulating fluid coupling speed regulating device for the main circulating pump of Class I network in the design of the “Centralized Heating Project in the East of Yingkou” in Liaoning Province, in combination with the heating characteristics. And it has been put into use. The issues involved in the design are discussed below.
