“十二五”期间,科技类图书始终位于北京地区引进版图书各类别首位,但其引进数量却在逐年下降,且这一趋势在“十三五”开局之年仍在继续。针对这一趋势,文章通过对北京地区科技类图书版权引进和编辑出版过程遭遇瓶颈的分析,结合实际案例,提出对策建议,从“发现问题、解决问题”的角度解读这种数字的下滑,从而说明在我国发展的现阶段,版权贸易逆差的存在符合我国现有国情,科技类图书的引进仍有必要,因此解决其版权引进和编辑出版过程的瓶颈问题具有十分重要的现实意义。
During the 12th Five-Year Plan period, science and technology books were always ranked first in each category of introduced books in Beijing, but the number of their introductions dropped year by year, and this trend continued in the year of “13th Five-Year Plan” . In response to this trend, the article analyzes the bottleneck in the process of copyright introduction and editing and publishing of science and technology books in Beijing, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions based on the actual cases. This article explains the decline of such numbers from the perspective of “discovering problems and solving problems” This shows that at the present stage of our country’s development, the existence of copyright trade deficit is in line with China’s current national conditions. The introduction of science and technology books is still necessary. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to solve the bottleneck problem in the process of copyright introduction and editing.
