在无症状儿童心电图(ECG)右心前区导联上有时会出现QS波。本文报告1例超声心动图显示左心室协同不能的患儿,在ECG心前区导联上描记了一个由广泛心肌纤维化而产生的QS波。病例一日本男孩14个月时患肺炎,合并有心脏肥大和奔马律。入当地医院诊断为预激症候群(WPW)。病情恢复顺利,未再发病直至8岁突发室上性心动过速,此后曾反复发作数次。9岁时,因心
QS waves sometimes appear on the right precordial leads of asymptomatic children’s electrocardiograms (ECGs). This article reports a case of echocardiography in patients with left ventricular systolic dysfunction in the ECG precordial lead trace of a QF wave generated by a wide range of myocardial fibrosis.
