应用高灵敏、高特异放射免疫测定方法,观察了159名正常人的血浆和尿心钠素样物质。结果表明:FE_(ANF)与年龄呈正相关(P<0.01),24h内生肌酐清除率随年龄增长而降低(P<0.05),尿心钠素样物质含量与24 h内生肌酐清除率呈负相关(P<0.05)。此外老年组与中青年组FE_ANF有显著性差异(P<0.001)。
The plasma and urinary atrial natriuretic peptide of 159 normal subjects were observed using highly sensitive and highly specific radioimmunoassay. The results showed that there was a positive correlation between FE ANF and age (P <0.01), and the creatinine clearance rate decreased with age (P <0.05). The content of urinary atrial natriuretic peptide and endogenous creatinine clearance rate Negative correlation (P <0.05).
