北京医科大学人民医院医院信息系统建设项目是卫生部和财政部支持的试点工程，是国内建设较早的大型医院信息系统。自１９９５年６月开始建设，目前实现了医院人、财、物管理，门诊收费和住院病人医嘱的计算机处理，建成了医院的Ｉｎｔｅｒｎｅｔ／Ｉｎｔｒａｎｅｔ系统，并取得了明显的社会和经济效益。作者还对大型医院建设医院信息系统的必要性、投入、信息系统建设与医院科学化管理、建设方法选择、系统的可靠性与安全性、国内医院信息系统热等进行了讨论
The information system construction project of the People’s Hospital of Beijing Medical University is a pilot project supported by the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Finance. It is an information system for large-scale hospitals built earlier in the country. Since the beginning of construction in June 1995, it has now realized the computer processing of hospital personnel, financial and material management, outpatient fees and hospital patients’ medical orders, built the hospital’s Internet/Intranet system, and achieved significant social and economic benefits. The author also discussed the necessity, input, construction of information systems and scientific management of hospitals, selection of construction methods, reliability and safety of systems, and information system heat of domestic hospitals in the construction of large hospitals.
