抗美援朝是新中国重要的战略决策,面对当时复杂多变的国际局势,这一决定经历了很大的曲折,从避免参与到实施积极防御,从解放台湾到抗美援朝的决策是一个艰难的转变过程。
In the face of the complex and ever-changing international situation at that time, the decision underwent tremendous twists and turns. From avoiding participation to implementing active defense, the decision-making process from liberating Taiwan to the War to Resist U.S. Aggression and Aid Korea was a difficult process of change .
