从煤炭需求、煤炭产运销、煤炭产能、进口煤等多个方面,全面介绍了我国2013年上半年煤炭经济运行情况;分析了目前国际动力煤和炼焦煤市场的基本走势;预测2013年下半年我国煤炭需求仍将继续保持低速增长,2014年上半年全国煤炭市场供需形势依然严峻,煤炭经济运行的压力将进一步加大。最后,为推动煤炭行业健康发展,提出具体的对策建议。
