本工作用复方白蛇酒及外源性cAMP对小鼠艾氏腹水癌进行比较实验,通过实验观察到该复方制剂和外源性3’,5’-cAMP对小鼠艾氏腹水癌细胞的增殖均有显著的抑制作用,癌细胞增殖受到抑制的同时,癌细胞内3’,5’-cAMP含量显著提高;控制cAMP水平的3’,5’-cAMP磷酸二酯酶(PDE)活性受到抑制。该复方之所以能提高癌细胞内cAMP水平可能是由于细胞内3’,5’-cAMP-PDE.活性受到抑制所致。本工作进一步将该复方组分的两部份(六味中草药和蟾蜍酒)与原复方白蛇洒分别进行实验比较,观察到前两组癌细胞内3’,5’-cAMP水平和3’,5’-cAMP-PDE的活性均未看到显著变化,本工作可为中医临床用药和疗效机理提供一定的理论依据。

The activity of 3 ’and 5’-cAMP phosphodiesterase (PDE) controlling cAMP level was inhibited . The reason why this compound can improve the level of cAMP in cancer cells may be due to the inhibition of intracellular 3 ’, 5’-cAMP-PDE. This work further to the two components of the compound components (Liuwei Chinese herbal medicine and toad wine) and the original compound white snake sprinkle experiment were compared to observe the first two groups of cancer cells 3 ’, 5’-cAMP level and 3’, 5 ’-cAMP-PDE showed no significant changes in the activity of this work for the clinical use of Chinese medicine and efficacy mechanism to provide a theoretical basis.
