中南政法工作会议后,我省于九月六日召开了包括各专区副专员、各市市长,各级法院正、副院长以及省级政法部门负责同志共一三二人的全省司法改革会议,传达了中南政法会议的决议,并根据中南及省委、省府指示,具体研究了本省司法机关的情况,确定了全省司法改革的部署、计划与具体作法。会后为了取得经验,便于指导全省的司法改革运动,又确定以省人民法院等五个单位为重点进行典型试验,现试点已告结束,特将试点情况,总结报告如下:
After the conference on south-central political and legal work, the province held the provincial judicial reform on September 6, including the deputy commissioners of various prefectures, the mayors of all cities, the vice-presidents at various levels and the responsible comrades of the provincial-level political and legal departments The meeting convened a resolution of the Central and Southern Political and Law Conference and conducted a specific study on the situation of judicial organs in the province according to the directives of Central and South China, the provincial party committee and the provincial government, and determined the deployment, plan and concrete practices of the province’s judicial reform. After the meeting, in order to gain experience and facilitate the judicial reform movement in the province, it also decided to conduct a typical trial focusing on five units such as the Provincial People’s Court.
