我省双孢蘑菇除陕南有栽培外,秦岭以北至今未见有栽培报道。1988年,我们从改善秦岭北麓部分地区农村产业结构的需要出发,在上海农科院食用菌所孔祥君先生的指导下,以本市渭滨区石坎河乡赵家庄村赵天成家为试验点,利用该组闲置的窑洞式果库共投料4000多公斤,栽培蘑菇110平方米(正式栽培90平方米),共产鲜菇565公斤,平均每平方米6.28公
