焊接残余应力三维数值计算效率低下。本文研究了简化焊道(焊道分组)方法对核电J形焊缝三维残余应力数值计算效率和精度的影响。将18道焊接简化为10道焊接和5道焊接,比较了三种模型的计算效率和计算结果。结果表明:简化焊道模型的计算时间减少量与简化焊道量不成正比;J形焊缝简化为10道焊接时计算的应力结果和不简化焊道模型基本一致,而计算效率提高23%;简化为5道焊接时计算得到的应力幅值和分布宽度与不简化焊道模型计算的有显著不同;简化焊道相当于焊接热输入增加,热输入增加一定程度(小于2倍)不会造成J形焊缝残余应力明显变化。
Three-dimensional welding residual stress numerical calculation inefficient. This paper studies the effect of simplified bead (bead grouping) method on the numerical calculation efficiency and accuracy of three-dimensional residual stress of J-shaped weld in nuclear power plant. The 18 welds were reduced to 10 welds and 5 welds. The computational efficiency and calculation results of the three models were compared. The results show that the reduction time of simplified weld bead model is not proportional to the simplified weld weight. The calculated stress of simplified weld joint is basically the same as that of non - simplified weld bead model, and the calculation efficiency is improved by 23%. The simplified calculation of the stress amplitude and the distribution width for the 5-pass welding is significantly different from the calculation for the non-simplified bead model; the simplified weld bead is equivalent to the increase of the welding heat input and the increased heat input to some extent (less than 2 times) does not result J-shaped weld residual stress significantly changed.
