中国医学科学院肿瘤医院肿瘤研究所是国家级肿瘤防治中心,建院50年来,科研发展经历了三个阶段,探索并始终遵循临床诊治、人群防治和基础研究相结合的科研发展模式。该文从科研人才、科研基地和科研项目三个方面回顾了院所50年科研发展状况,表明院所在国内肿瘤防治研究领域具有最强的综合实力。通过列数院所50年来学术论文、获奖科研成果、专利和新药证书情况,反映院所50年科研发展取得的突出成就。院所50年的科研发展实践表明:临床—现场—基础相结合的科研发展模式是成功的,因为它具有突出的综合性优势、符合医学科学发展的规律、有利于重大疾病防治问题的解决。
The Cancer Research Institute of Cancer Hospital of the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences is a national-level cancer prevention and treatment center. During the past 50 years since the establishment of the Institute, the development of scientific research has gone through three phases. It has explored and consistently followed a combination of clinical diagnosis and treatment, population prevention, and basic research. This article reviews the research and development of the institute over the past 50 years from three aspects: scientific research personnel, scientific research bases, and scientific research projects. It shows that the hospital has the strongest comprehensive strength in the field of domestic cancer prevention and treatment research. Through 50 years of academic research, award-winning scientific research achievements, patents and new drug certificates, the Institute has reflected the outstanding achievements of the Institute’s scientific research and development over the past 50 years. The research and development practice of the Institute for 50 years shows that the clinical-field-foundation combined scientific research development model is successful because it has outstanding comprehensive advantages, conforms to the laws of the development of medical science, and is conducive to the resolution of major disease prevention and treatment issues.
