免疫性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)诊断标准:①多次检查血小板计数减少<55×10~9/升;②脾不大;③骨髓中巨核细胞数增多或正常,有血小板成熟障碍现象,④排除其他血液病。具备4项即可诊断。
Immune thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP) diagnostic criteria: ① repeated examination of platelet count decreased <55 × 10 ~ 9 / L; ② spleen is not large; ③ bone marrow megakaryocyte number increased or normal, there is a phenomenon of platelet maturation disorder, ④ Exclude other blood diseases.
