2012年以来,杭州市公安局萧山区分局以民意为导向,积极从内部挖潜、整合资源和优化警务入手,贯彻落实党的群众路线,创新推行了“全警联村·一村多警”社区主动警务机制,密切了警民关系,赢得了群众满意,推动了公安工作。2013年,该分局共收到锦旗、表扬信30余件,来电表扬120余人次,人民群众安全感达95.81%,110接处警平均满意度为95.26%,总满意度为85.63%,创历史高位。“全警联村一村多警”社区主动警务机制受到了省市领导的批示肯定,《人民公安报》、《民主与法制时报》、《公安学刊》等也进行了全面报道。一、着眼基层,扎根群众,搭建社区警务新平台
