目的探讨参梨活力饮对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法以正常BALB/c小鼠(SPF级)作为研究对象,灌胃给予参梨活力饮14天后,在细胞、分子水平上,利用流式细胞术检测小鼠脾细胞中CD3+、CD4+/CD8+T细胞;DTH免疫法检测小鼠CD4+T淋巴细胞的活性;吞噬中性红试验检测小鼠腹腔活化巨噬细胞的功能;MTT法检测小鼠脾脏NK细胞的活性;ELISA法检测小鼠血清中抗体的含量;3H-TdR掺入法检测参梨活力饮体外对小鼠脾细胞增殖的影响。通过对这一系列的相关免疫学指标的测定,研究参梨活力饮对小鼠免疫功能的影响。结果参梨活力饮能增加CD4+T淋巴细胞活性;能有效增强小鼠腹腔活化巨噬细胞的功能;有效提高小鼠脾脏NK细胞的活性;对于B淋巴细胞分泌抗体的功能有一定的促进作用;1∶8、1∶16、1∶32浓度的参梨活力饮在体外能有效的刺激小鼠脾细胞的增殖,并呈梯度依赖性。结论参梨活力饮具有增强小鼠免疫功能作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of Shenli Lienyin on immune function in mice. METHODS: Normal BALB/c mice (SPF grade) were used as subjects. After 14 days of intragastric administration of Ginseng Pills, CD3+ and CD4+/CD8+ were detected by flow cytometry at the cell and molecular level. T cell; DTH immunization method to detect the activity of mouse CD4+ T lymphocytes; phagocytic neutral red test to detect the function of mouse peritoneal activated macrophages; MTT assay to detect mouse spleen NK cell activity; ELISA detection of mouse serum The content of antibody and 3H-TdR incorporation method was used to detect the effect of Shenli Lianyin on proliferation of mouse spleen cells in vitro. Through the determination of this series of related immunological parameters, the effect of Shen Li Lie Yin Decoction on immune function of mice was studied. Results: Shen Li Lie Decoction can increase the activity of CD4+ T lymphocytes; it can effectively enhance the function of mouse peritoneal activated macrophages; effectively increase the activity of mouse spleen NK cells; and has a certain role in promoting the function of B lymphocytes to secrete antibodies. The 1:8, 1:16, and 1:32 concentrations of Pythium radix can effectively stimulate the proliferation of mouse spleen cells in vitro and be gradient dependent. Conclusion Shen Li Lie Decoction can enhance the immune function of mice.
