为提高某涡轮增压柴油机螺旋进气道工作性能,采用稳流气道试验与CFD数值模拟计算相结合的方法。在原气道与计算结果的最大相对误差小于5%时,对进气道模型做多方案改进讨论,包括气门形状改变、气门座外形改变、进气道外形改变,并进行了方案组合。最终优化方案使进气道平均流量系数C F得到较大提高,并适当降低了平均涡流比R s,该方案得到试验的进一步验证。
In order to improve the working performance of a turbocharged diesel engine spiral inlet, the method of combining steady flow channel test and CFD numerical simulation is adopted. When the maximum relative error of the original airway and the calculated result is less than 5%, the multi-program improvement discussion of the air intake model is made, including the change of the valve shape, the change of the valve seat shape and the change of the air inlet profile, and the scheme combination is carried out. The final optimization scheme makes the average inlet flow coefficient C F greatly increased, and the average vortex ratio R s is reduced appropriately. The scheme is further verified by experiments.
