本文着重讨论了在液态排渣锅炉运行中所出现的炉内堆渣、析铁和高温腐蚀等几个特殊问题;并结合实际,概括了部分炉膛结构对运行特性的影响;从解决液态炉几个特殊问题出发,对普遍采用的四角布置直流式燃烧器改造中的几个问题作了探讨。最后认为,虽然析铁和高温腐蚀问题目前还未能彻底解决,但实践证明,对于低挥发份、低灰熔点而灰份又不太高的劣质煤,液态排渣炉仍不失为是一种有效的燃烧方式。
In this paper, several special problems, such as heap slag, iron precipitation and high temperature corrosion, which occur in the operation of the liquid slag-making boilers are discussed emphatically. Based on the actual situation, the influences of some furnace structures on the operating characteristics are summarized.
