一、前 言 氧气顶吹转炉钢渣是钢铁工业“三废”之一,它随着钢产量的增加而增加。攀钢平均钢渣产量约为钢产量的11~14%。原计划堆渣12年的55.5公顷土地,计120万立方米体积的东渣场,已提前一年堆满。如仍按目前这种统计方法倒渣,不仅要另辟渣场,继续严重污染环境,而且有益资源如CaO、∑FeO、MnO、MgO、V_2O_5、Cr_2O_3和Ni、Co、Ga、Ge等,以及废钢和废热都得不到合理回收利用,造成很大浪费。因此,攀钢转炉钢渣的处理和利用,是一个应当受到重视并急待解决的问题。
I. Introduction Oxygen top converter slag is one of the “three wastes” in the steel industry. It increases with the increase of steel output. Panzhihua Iron and Steel average steel output of about 11 to 14% of steel production. The 55.5 hectares of land originally planned for 12 years of dumped slag and the East Slaughterhouse with a volume of 1.2 million cubic meters have been piled up one year earlier. If the slag is still discharged according to the current statistical method, not only the residue field needs to be set up, the environment should continue to be seriously polluted, but also beneficial resources such as CaO, ΣFeO, MnO, MgO, V_2O_5, Cr_2O_3 and Ni, Co, Ga and Ge, Scrap and waste heat are not properly recycled, causing a lot of waste. Therefore, the handling and utilization of converter steel slag in Panzhihua Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. is a problem that should be paid attention to and urgently needs to be solved.
