患者,男,48岁,农民。因“腹胀乏力1月,头晕伴右面部及左上下肢麻木1d”于2 0 0 3 -0 2 -2 4门诊以肝炎肝硬化,腹水收入传染科。既往发现有慢性乙肝病史2年,无高血压病史。查体:T 3 6 8℃,P 85次/min ,R 2 0次/min ,BP 2 80 / 160mmHg( 1mmHg =0 13 3 3kPa)患者面容晦暗,嗜睡状
Patient, male, 48 years old, farmer. Due to “abdominal distension fatigue in January, dizziness with the right facial and upper left and lower limb numbness 1d” at 2 0 0 3 -0 2 -2 4 outpatient hepatitis cirrhosis, ascites income infectious diseases.
