761压缩干粮是我军第一代野战应急口粮,在对越自卫还击作战的实际应用中,发挥了重要作用。但是,常常由于存放时间过长,贮备的压缩干粮更新不及时或保管单位缺乏检验手段,食用人员又缺乏有关卫生知识,以致食用酸败、变质的压缩干粮,严重者导致食物中毒。对此,我们经多次反复试验,找到了操作简便、结果可靠的检验方法。现介绍如下。一、感观检查: (一)看:干粮外形是否完整,边角有无缺损,颜色有无变暗,第一层羊皮纸是否被油脂浸渍,并存有干粮碎渣。 (二)摸:干粮表面粗糙与否,有无油腻感,质地疏松易碎或坚硬不易折断。 (三)嗅:贴近干粮闻闻,有无哈喇味,特别是打开包装瞬间更需注意。取少量样品
