川中大安寨油藏属特低渗油藏,渗透率为0.1×10-3μm2,但细微裂缝发育。多年来靠消耗天然能量开采,采出程度仅为3%~5%。在长期的开发实践中,逐步积累经验,采用多种技术措施,提高开发水平。开展三维油藏描述,加深对油层的认识,使钻井成功率由60%提高到82.5%;用暂堵酸酸化技术解决了严重非均质和高渗透裂缝地区的酸化问题,用乳化酸酸化技术配合深穿透射孔在秋1井获日产5.5t的高产,使秋林、聚龙两地区成为上产接替区块,一系列酸化技术使酸化成功率提高10个百分点;采用解堵、热洗技术,施工200多井次,累计增油16×104t,成为另一个稳产主要技术;采用注水、小泵深抽、开窗侧钻等技术为老区稳产提供了重要手段。其中注水使柳树地区的采收率提高近3个百分点。从1994年以来,由于应用综合技术措施,使原油年产量从10×104t增加到1996年的20×104t,实现了重建一个川中油矿的目标,为特低渗、消耗式开采油藏的开发提供了经验。
