为了合理确定油罐火灾中邻近油罐冷却水供给强度,通过分析油罐之间的传热过程,结合传热学和水的蒸发冷却理论,建立了邻近油罐冷却水供给强度的数学模型。利用该模型,计算了几种常见尺寸拱顶油罐的冷却水供给强度,并与国内外相关规范提出的邻近罐冷却水供给强度值进行对比分析。研究表明:根据该模型计算的冷却水供给强度值大于我国规范规定的强度值,前者是后者的2.75~4.71倍,计算结果接近于国外规范规定的强度值,我国规范对冷却水供给强度的规定偏小。
In order to reasonably determine the strength of the cooling water supplied to adjacent tanks in a tank fire, a mathematical model of the strength of the cooling water in the adjacent tanks was established by analyzing the heat transfer between the tanks and combining with the heat transfer theory and the evaporative cooling theory of water. Using this model, the cooling water supply intensities of several common-size vaults were calculated and compared with the cooling water supply strength values of adjacent tanks proposed by relevant norms at home and abroad. The results show that the cooling water supply intensity calculated by this model is larger than the intensity value specified in China’s code, the former is 2.75 ~ 4.71 times of the latter.
