在统计分析影响工厂布局因素的基础上,应用可拓学物元理论和可拓集合理论,建立工厂布局方案性能多级可拓评价模型并构建评价指标体系和评价标准,对定性指标进行定量化处理,用基于简单关联函数和相似系数的可拓权重法计算各指标的权重,从而有效避免主观因素的影响。实例研究表明,该方法不但能够最大限度地综合各评价指标信息,比选出整体最优布局方案,而且能够定量分析出各评价指标之间的细微差别,具有较高的精确度。
Based on the statistical analysis of factors influencing plant layout, the extenics theory and extension set theory are applied to build a multi-level evaluation model of factory layout scheme performance and to construct evaluation index system and evaluation standard to quantify qualitative indicators The weight of each index is calculated by using the extension weight method based on simple correlation function and similarity coefficient so as to effectively avoid the influence of subjective factors. The case study shows that this method can not only synthesize the evaluation index information to the maximum extent, but also select the overall optimal layout scheme, and can quantitatively analyze the nuances of each evaluation index with higher accuracy.
