报道了42例前纵隔肿瘤外科治疗的临床资料。并对其诊断和治疗进行了讨论。在诊断中主要分析了前纵隔肿瘤和胸内其他肿瘤的鉴别要点。在治疗中提出前纵隔肿瘤有体积大、粘连严重及病种繁多三大特点。并根据该特点,对在术中切口的大小、如何正确判断切除可能性以及如何处理粘连、保护重要器官、严密止血和术后处理等诸问题,结合本组病例,进行了详细的分析及讨论。
The clinical data of 42 cases of surgical treatment of anterior mediastinal tumors were reported. And discuss the diagnosis and treatment.
