校园文化建设是学校教育教学活动的载体,是有效实施新课程改革的基本保证,也是实施素质教育的突破口。校园文化建设的出发点,是以育人为本、德育为先,以培养具有创新精神和实践能力的创新型人才为总目标。因此,学校文化建设不是可有可无的,而是需要校长的引领,需要全体师生共同营造,才能逐步形成全校共识,并得到全社会的认同。笔者所在学校校园文化的构建,可以概括为:“三大文化、五项活动、一个建设”。
The construction of campus culture is a carrier of school education and teaching activities, a basic guarantee for the effective implementation of the new curriculum reform, and a breakthrough in the implementation of quality education. The starting point for the construction of campus culture is based on educating people and taking moral education as the first priority, with the goal of cultivating innovative talents with innovative spirit and practical ability. Therefore, the construction of school culture is not optional, but requires the headmaster's leadership, teachers and students need to work together to create, in order to gradually form a consensus across the school, and get the approval of the whole society. The author's school campus culture construction, can be summarized as: “Three major cultures, five activities, one construction ”.
