在早期对制备黏胶纤维前溶解浆的酶活化研究中,找到了一种表现性能最好的酶——Carezyme。用此酶进行了系列实验,目的是确定酶处理的最佳条件,使后续醚化段的化学品的需求量降低到最小值。研究了溶解浆的得率、反应性能、黏胶液的黏度(用钢球下落时间表示)和过滤阻塞值。
Early in the preparation of viscose fiber slurry before the enzyme activation study, to find a performance of the best performance of the enzyme - Carezyme. A series of experiments were conducted with this enzyme to determine the optimal conditions for enzyme treatment to minimize the demand for chemicals in subsequent etherification stages. The yield of dissolving pulp, the reaction performance, the viscosity of viscose solution (expressed by the dropping time of steel balls) and the filter blockage value were studied.
