面对愈加激烈的市场竞争,需要不断的来应对来自国内外的各种挑战。而想要实现企业管理的有效进行以及保持企业可持续发展,就必须实现企业管理制度和企业文化之间的有效融合,达到共生与双向互动。企业文化涵盖了企业的物质文化、行为文化、制度文化和精神文化,不管是企业的外在表现,还是内在精神,都是企业文化的构成部分。本文根据笔者多年工作实践经验,就如何加强企业文化建设,做好思想政治工作问题进行了浅要探讨分析。
Faced with increasingly fierce market competition, we need to constantly respond to various challenges both at home and abroad. In order to realize the effective management of enterprises and maintain the sustainable development of enterprises, it is necessary to realize the effective integration between the enterprise management system and corporate culture so as to achieve symbiosis and two-way interaction. Corporate culture covers the material culture, behavioral culture, institutional culture and spiritual culture of the enterprise. Both the external manifestation of the enterprise and the inner spirit are part of the corporate culture. Based on the author’s many years of practical experience, this article makes a brief discussion on how to strengthen the corporate culture and do a good job in ideological and political work.
