沈阳市国税局铁西分局投入35万元,历时二年,研制开发出了“税务综合办公自动化系统”,经三个月试运行,情况良好,并准备在国税系统大范围推广。 该系统覆盖了税务系统中领导办公、个人办公、事务处理、内务管理和税收征管的全过程,确定了对税务工作行为进行监控、自动生成考核结果作为系统建设的重要考核指标,并实现了办公自动化系统与中国税收征管信息系统(CTAIS)的成功对接。该系统基本达到了支持不同层次、不同类别、不同操作
