为在设计过程中对粒料基层永久变形指标进行控制,以安定理论为指导,利用室内重复荷载三轴试验,对其永久变形设计指标与控制模型进行研究。通过对不同等级公路162种典型路面结构粒料基层应力及永久变形量计算,确定加载试验应力及粒料基层的永久变形量临界标准。研究结果表明:粒料基层主应力比σ1/σ3主要分布在1.4~5.1之间,以不同围压与应力比进行重复加载105次试验,确定最大临界应力比与不同主应力比加载路径下的永久变形特性并进行拟合,证明105次加载是合理的;在确定了加载试验应力及粒料基层的永久变形量临界标准为4mm的基础上,提出了控制粒料基层永久变形的主应力比设计指标,建立了以4.75mm筛孔为控制的2种类型级配碎石主应力比与荷载作用次数之间关系的控制模型。
In order to control the index of permanent deformation of granular material in the design process and to use the triaxial test of repeated load in the interior, guided by the stability theory, the permanent deformation design index and control model are studied.
