本文根据摆盘发动机的特点建立了这种发动机轴系扭振模型.以4BE65双摆盘对置活塞二冲程柴油机为例进行了自由振动和强迫振动计算,并在样机上进行了扭振测量.在计算和试验的基础上对摆盘发动机轴系扭振特性进行了初步探讨.
In this paper, the torsional vibration model of the engine shaft was established according to the characteristics of the wobble plate engine.The free vibration and forced vibration calculation were carried out with the 4BE65 dual-piston opposed-piston two-stroke diesel engine and the torsional vibration was measured on the prototype. On the basis of calculation and experiment, the torsional vibration characteristics of the wobble plate engine shaft system are discussed preliminarily.
