随着社会的不断进步以及经济的快速发展,我国的建筑行业也在一定程度上得到了较快的发展。而造价控制作为建筑工程招投标工作开展的重要阶段,合理的对建筑工程进行造价控制,不仅可以有效的缩短建筑工程的施工周期,而且还能在一定程度上不断的提高建筑工程的施工质量,进而有效的提高建筑企业的经济效益。因此,我们就应不断的研究与分析建筑工程招投标阶段的造价控制,以此来不断的提高建筑企业的经济效益。
