福州市离退休人员的医疗保障方式主要分为以下几种类型:离休干部均根据中央有关文件按实报实销办法解决。退休人员中,财政全额拨款单位参照在职干部有关规定执行,超过年个人定额部分(除明文规定自费负担外)亦予以报销;财政差额拨款单位按人头将年定额数划拨单位包干使用,超额部分由单位自行解决;企业则根据自身的实际情况,在经济能够负担的情况下,有的给予在职职工更高比例的报销额度,乃至全额报销。
The medical security methods for retirees in Fuzhou City are mainly divided into the following types: Retired cadres are settled according to the relevant documents of the Central Government on an actual basis. Among the retirees, the full financial appropriation unit will refer to the relevant regulations for the implementation of the active cadres, and will be reimbursed for more than the annual fixed quota (except for the expressly stipulated self-paying expenses); the fiscal gap appropriation unit will be used by the head of the annual quota allocation unit, and the excess amount will be used. The unit will solve the problem on its own; enterprises will, based on their own actual conditions, provide a higher percentage of the reimbursement quota for the employed employees and even full reimbursement under the economically affordable conditions.
