患者30岁,已婚,主因下腹隐痛7天,于1995年11月27日入院。患者于7天前左侧腹部隐痛,腹痛渐加重,不敢直腰,喜向左侧卧位,腹痛呈持续性渐加重,半小时后转至下腹正中,经当地医生治疗(药物不详)症状稍有减轻,继而来我院就诊,门诊诊断为卵巢囊肿收住院,准备手术治疗。患者自发病以来无发冷发烧,无腹泻,能排便排气。患者从未见月经来潮,婚后从未生育。
