肝细胞肝癌 (HCC)是我国常见的恶性肿瘤 ,乙肝病毒 (HBV) X基因与 HCC的形成密切相关。本文就 HBV X基因的结构、主要功能及其与 HCC的关系等研究进展进行综述。

Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is a common malignant tumor in China. Hepatitis B virus (HBV) X gene is closely related to the formation of HCC. This review summarizes the research progress of HBV X gene structure, major functions and its relationship with HCC.
