目的:在学龄前集居儿童中应用氟离子透入防龋法进行龋病防治效果观察。方法:选择两组幼儿园的3~6岁儿童,每年进行一次龋病普查,实验组应用氟离子透入法对在园儿童每年进行两次龋病预防工作,对照组进行口腔卫生知识教育。结果:通过5年的观察,在学龄前集居儿童中开展氟离子透入防龋工作,可以在群体范围内有效降低龋病患病率,减少个体患龋数,患龋程度减轻。结论:氟离子透入防龋法防治学龄前小儿龋病安全、简捷,适宜在集居儿童中开展。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the prevention and treatment of dental caries by fluoride ion penetration anticaries method in preschool children. Methods: Two groups of kindergarten children aged 3-6 years were enrolled in this study. A dental caries survey was conducted once a year. In the experimental group, fluoride carotid ingestion was used to prevent caries in children in the park twice a year. The control group received oral hygiene education. Results: Through five years of observation, fluoride iontophoresis in preschool children was effective in reducing the prevalence of caries in the population, reducing the number of caries and reducing the caries in the individual. Conclusion: Fluoride iontophoresis prevention of caries in pre-school children is safe, simple, and suitable for children living in the community.
