宋朝是继唐朝之后一个重要的非常重要的朝代,尤其是法制制度建设上。唐朝的《唐律》是我国古代法律发展的高峰,《唐律》的影响甚至已传到当时的整个亚洲地区。宋朝取代唐朝之后,在《唐律》与《唐律疏议》的基础上对法律进行完善,形成了自己特有的法律制度,同时也形成自己特有的司法制度。本文分析论述了宋代的司法机构以及审判制度和监察制度。
The Song Dynasty was an important and very important dynasty after the Tang Dynasty, especially the construction of legal system. The “Tang Law” of the Tang Dynasty was the peak of the development of the ancient law in our country. The influence of “Tang Law” even spread to the entire Asian region at that time. After the Song Dynasty replaced the Tang Dynasty, the law was perfected on the basis of “Tang Law” and “Tang Law”, forming its own unique legal system and forming its own unique judicial system. This article analyzes the judicial institutions in Song Dynasty as well as the judicial system and the judicial system.
