本文作者从地方病防治科研事业发展需要一批能够把握地方病科技发展方向、素养高和能力强的青年科技人才的趋势。认为他们是一代非常注重自我价值体现、知识层次较高、勤奋好学、善于思考易于接受新理论和新事物、勇于接受挑战的一个群体。但是由于他们性格中又极具两重性,文中就提高他们的思想品德、职业道德素质、精神需求以及自身弱点等方面,从历史、国情、如何实现自我价值诸方面做了有益的探讨。目的就是引导青年地方病科研人员形成正确的个人价值观,希望他们把个人的价值取向与社会现实要求相统一,肩负起时代赋予他们的使命。
The author of this article needs a batch of young science and technology talents capable of grasping the development direction of endemic diseases with high accomplishment and ability from the development of the scientific research endeavor of endemic diseases prevention and control. They think they are a generation of generation who attach great importance to self-worth, high level of knowledge, studious, good at thinking and receptive to new theories and new things, and brave enough to accept the challenge. However, due to their great duality in their personalities, the article makes useful discussions on such aspects as history, national conditions and how to realize self-worth in terms of improving their ideological and moral qualities, professional ethics, spiritual needs and their own weaknesses. The purpose is to guide young people with endemic diseases to form the correct personal values, hoping that they will unite the values of individuals with the requirements of social reality and shoulder the mission entrusted to them by the times.
